After working in the trenches, Attorney Herman ultimately left the prosecutor’s office to pursue his true passion, defending the criminally accused and zealously protecting individual rights under the Florida and U.S. Constitutions. Attorney Herman has extensive courtroom trial experience and has handled more than 150 jury trials throughout his esteemed career, specializing in defending sex crime charges and white collar cases, such as fraud, alleged pill mill operations and racketeering.
