Herman Law, P.A. is proud to announce that Attorney Ron Herman has received another prestigious appointment, recognizing his reputable standing in the legal community. Ron was appointed to the Fifteenth Circuit Grievance Committee “A” of the Florida Bar. As a committee member, Ron will help review cases where lawyers are suspected to have violated the professional conduct rules established by the Florida Supreme Court.
Similar to grand jury proceedings, grievance committees review complaints against attorneys and decide whether disciplinary action is warranted. Each of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits has one or more grievance committee.
The committee has a limited number of seats that can be occupied by an attorney. Ron was nominated to this seat by Ron Ponzoli of the Florida Bar Board of Governors.
Attorney Herman is dedicated to giving back to his community and volunteering his time and energy to preserving and promoting the integrity of the legal profession. Ron is also a long standing member of the Executive Board of the Wellington Boys and Girls Club, and just finished his term as chair of the Palm Beach Bar Criminal Law Practice Committee.
