Herman Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Ron Herman was installed as the Co-Chair of Newsletter and Publicity Committee of Palm Beach Chapter of FAWL, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. The appointment marks the latest leadership position Attorney Herman has held with this organization.
Since 1951, FAWL has been a valuable legal resource for women lawyers in Florida. The organization’s mission is foster a community of women lawyers who have the knowledge and connections to reach “economic, social and leadership spheres of power.” In order to do this, FAWL provides a bi-annual journal, exclusive networking opportunities, free CLE (continuing legal education) programming, and other resources.
Previously, Attorney Herman served as Co-Chair of Palm Beach FAWL Mentoring Committee, where he organized monthly networking and educational luncheons for the members. Now, as Co-Chair of the Newsletter and Publicity, he will be instrumental in not only keeping FAWL membership informed of pertinent events and issues, but also helping to engage the larger legal community and beyond.
Serving the citizens of Palm Beach County has always been a priority for Attorney Herman. He currently sits on the executive board of the Wellington Boys and Girls Club and volunteers many hours at the club. Within the legal sphere, he is a frequent speaker at educational engagements held by organizations such as The Florida Bar Leadership Academy Fellows and the Palm Beach County Bar Association Law Related Education Committee, among others.
